ALTITUDE GROUP TRAINING

A training unit is 60 minutes. Exercise once or twice a week - you determine the pace. It is not a fixed course. You may come when you want. Billing is easy with a 10-unit card.

At the beginning of your training, you define your individual objectives with our sports scientists. In each unit you will receive instructions for the training session. A pre-registration is necessary for organisational reasons.

Pilates

Pilates at LANS Medicum

The course is a total body work that strengthens the core, inner most layers of muscles, thus providing more stability and support. Pilates is all about alternating between strengthening and stretching. It improves posture, body awareness and evens out imbalances.

Exercising regularly shapes your body, helps you get the stress of everyday life and gives you a good feeling. Try it! An entry is possible any given time.

GOALS:

  • Effective and targeted strengthening of the core muscles
  • Toning of abdomen and waist
  • Strengthening of the extremities and shoulders
  • Joint & spine stabilization
  • Increase of agility and flexibility

In group exercises we give classes in the powerful and dynamic style of Vinyasa Yoga. It is characterized by flowing movements which correspond to one’s breathing. Biomechanical principles are taken into account, improving strength, flexibility and a posture. Controlling one’s breathing both relaxes and increases concentration. Courses can be joined at any given.

Relaxing Yoga

YOGA & PILATES

Regularly practicing Yoga and Pilates strengthens the muscles. All movements in Yoga and Pilates are supported or connected to breathing. After the physical exertion comes relaxation - and with frequent practice both can occur simultaneously.
The training rhythm, breathing evenly and conscious recovery phases have a vitalising, energising and balancing effect.

Pilates Health Insurance

This course is aimed at statutory insured and physically healthy people of all ages. Course fees are partially subsidised by your health insurance. Pilates is a complete body workout, which is aimed at the deep innermost layer of muscles, stretching and strengthening them, making you more flexible. It is based, inter alia, on Yoga exercises which keep you in balance and help you develop a better body awareness as well as a healthy upright posture.

10 x 45 min: EUR 125.00 / 10 x 60 min: EUR 150.00
