Neural therapy at the LANS Medicum
In addition to homeopathy, acupuncture and anthroposophic medicine, neural therapy is the fourth important and widespread method in complementary medicine. A local anesthetic is injected into specific points of the body in order to ease joint pain, muscular tension and various other complaints.
The treatment of such perfusion disturbances can take place directly in the affected areas or (for example in the case of muscular contractions in the muscular system), in remote interfering fields. In this case, a local anesthetic (e.g. procaine) is injected into certain areas of the body for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. The aim of this treatment is to positively influence certain reflex zones, impaired functions and the vegetative nervous system, as well as to quickly eliminate the symptoms.
