The training sequence, steady breathing and regular relaxation phases promote vitality, energy and balance.

Vinyasa Yoga also follows biomechanical principles and strengthening and stretching positions are practiced at the same time. Controlling your breathing both relaxes and increases concentration. You can join our courses in Hamburg at any given time.
