Online Training for Members

Dear Members,

Now, more than ever, protecting health and wellbeing is at the forefront of many people’s minds and our commitment to providing the highest level of treatment and care remains our priority. We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure that we are providing a safe, clean environment for our patients. With this in mind, we must ask that if you are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with Coronavirus (as outlined by the NHS here), that you do not visit the Club, but call 111 for expert guidance.

Should you, your friends or family require medical appointments, MRI scans, diagnostic testing or vitamin infusions, please write an email.

While our fitness facilities are closed, we want to help you stay active, energised and inspired! The fitness team will be supporting you with a variety of new digital services to help you progress towards your training goals – wherever you are.

1) ONLINE TRAINING

Continue your personal training at home with a face-to-face online session, using FaceTime or WhatsApp video call. Personal training can still be booked through the Lanserhof Studio App, where online packages can be purchased at a reduced rate. Once booked, your trainer will send you a “Training Invitation” with further information.

2) TRAINING PLAN

The Lanserhof at The Arts Club team have ensured that every training member has a training plan available through the LHTAC GYM App. This is based on your fitness assessments, medical recommendations and most importantly the spine and movement lab testing. If you are unsure about how to access your personal training plans, please click here to contact the training team.

3) HOME EXERCISE PLANS

You, your friends and family are also welcome to request bespoke workout sessions to complete at home. Please book a 30 minute “home workout consultation” through the LHTAC Gym App. Ahead of your session your trainer will call you to confirm any equipment that you have, the space available in your home, your goals and any injuries they need to be aware of. With this in mind, they’ll tailor a bespoke session that you can access through the App.
