We are delighted to be able to offer face-to-face personal training outside in Berkeley Square. No matter your goal, our team will be able to create bespoke plans for you and support you with your training safely.
Did you know that training outside can also help to support our immunity? The combination of exercise and fresh air has a plethora of benefits such as strengthening the immune system, pumping fresh oxygen around our blood and decreasing inflammation in the body. In the summer months, we can also hope to increase our levels of vitamin D thanks to the warmer weather, which in turn stimulates calcium production ensuring strong and healthy bones.
