Service at Lans Medicum EMS TRAINING: EFFECTIVE DEEP MUSCLE TRAINING IN HAMBURG

Electric muscle stimulation for better results

What is EMS training? EMS stands for electric muscle stimulation. Typically, it’s the central nervous system’s task to pass on stimuli to the muscles. EMS therapy enhances these natural stimuli and thereby triggers the deep muscles. Conventional exercises mainly stress the slow-twitch muscle fibers and only after some time and effort, the fast-twitch muscle fibers are activated.

The EMS method, however, activates all fibers enabling long-lasting muscle build-up.

To optimise the effect and meet individual goals, LANS Medium Hamburg combines these electrical stimuli with static and dynamic exercises. This guarantees an even more intense workout. Our EMS training does not involve any cables, which allows you to move around without any restrictions. Another special feature is that almost all muscle groups, agonists and antagonists, can be trained at the same time. The result is maximum muscle growth in a much shorter amount of time.
