The way you breathe affects every system and function in your body. If your breathing changes, whether consciously or unconsciously, then all these systems can change accordingly. The way we breathe has a direct effect on our physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. Understanding and using the breath purposefully is a major skill for a happier, healthier and more enhanced life.

Richie Bostock, or “The Breath Guy”, is author of ‘Exhale’: he joins us to delve into his own personal journey of exploration into breathwork and shares his strategies on how you can become aware of your own breathing as a tool to radically improve your physical and mental health. Learn to breathe with purpose and discover how to effectively reduce stress and anxiety, increase energy levels, improve sleep and creativity.

Richie Bostock is a Breathwork coach, author and speaker. Formerly a corporate management consultant and digital entrepreneur, Richie discovered Breathwork in researching the ways to help his father after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Discovering the Wim Hof Method, a self-healing technique involving breathing techniques and cold exposure, Richie began to explore the incredible possibilities of the breath. Having spent years travelling across five continents learning from a number of modern day masters and continuously witnessing the transformative effects of when people become aware of their breathing, Richie has subsequently become one of the world’s leading teachers of this revolutionary breathing practise.
